Each Medik8 peel is selected to suit your individual skin concerns, whether your goal is to brighten, smooth, decongest, clarify or refresh the skin.
They are a great option for those wanting a more targeted, results-driven treatment than a traditional facial, while still being professionally tailored to your skin.
A consultation will be carried out before treatment to ensure the most suitable peel is chosen for your skin type, concerns and tolerance.
Medik8 skin peels may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking acne medication such as Roaccutane/isotretinoin, or those who have recently completed a course of acne medication.
Treatment may also be unsuitable if you have sunburn, eczema, broken skin, cuts, abrasions, active cold sores, skin infections, or any signs of a compromised skin barrier.
If you have recently had cosmetic treatments such as injectables, laser, or other advanced skin treatments, your skin may need time to recover before a peel can be carried out.
A patch test is required 48 hours before your treatemnt.

Skin may feel slightly tight or appear flushed after treatment, and some clients may experience mild flaking a few days later. The skin is usually left looking fresher, smoother, brighter and more refined.
