Fat Freezing is designed to target small, stubborn pockets of fat by cooling the area being treated. It’s ideal for areas such as the tummy, flanks, thighs, arms, back, and under the bum.

HIFU then works in a completely different but complementary way, using ultrasound energy to help firm, tighten, and improve the appearance of the skin in the treated area.

This is why I find the two treatments work so well together. Fat Freezing focuses on contouring the area, while HIFU helps support the skin, especially where there may be softness, laxity, or loss of firmness.

For clients wanting skin-tightening results, I offer a course of two HIFU sessions, taken three months apart. This can be used on both the face and body to help support firmer, tighter-looking skin and achieve the best possible outcome from your treatment plan.

I can now also include Medik8 facials during your HIFU and Fat Freezing appointments, adding a beautiful touch of relaxation while you enjoy your treatment. This is perfect if you want your appointment to feel less clinical and more like a full self-care experience.

Alongside my body-contouring and HIFU packages, I also offer courses of Medik8 Retinal Age-Defying Facials and Medik8 Skin Peels. These treatments are perfect for clients wanting to refresh their skin, improve the appearance of texture and dullness, and work towards a brighter, healthier-looking glow.
