Booking Policy

 

All bookings made are subject to the booking and cancellation policies whether made via Phone, Instant Messenger, Facebook, Instagram or through the website directly.

 

All bookings are subject to availabilit.

 

If the booking cannot be fulfilled by us for any reason, an alternative booking will be proposed, or a full refund will be issued. 

Cancellation Policy

 

All deposits are subject to a cancellation fee.

 

For appointments cancelled before 48 hours of the appointment date and time, the £50 deposit is charged to cover that booking.

For appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment date and time, full payment of treatment costs will be charged to cover that booking.

 

If you wish to rearrange your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice from the appointment date and time. 

​

  • Appointments rearranged with more than 24 hours notice can do so without penalty to your deposit.

  • Appointments rearranged with less than 24 hours will incur a 25% penalty to the deposit to cover that booking. The 25% penalty is payable in full when rearranging your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rearranged appointment, and a 100% deposit fee will be charged to cover that booking.

 

Your deposit will be held by MediSpa Swansea until the rescheduled appointment is fulfilled or cancelled.
